With over 20 years of international commercial and operational experience, I focus on identifying bottlenecks, simplifying workflows and implementing systems that genuinely support day-to-day business operations.

My approach combines business understanding, problem-solving and practical implementation — with a strong focus on solutions that are realistic, effective and easy to scale.

I split my time between Gdańsk and London, working with clients across both Poland and the UK.

For in-person meetings, I'm regularly available in Shoreditch, East London.
